- Commercial Litigation Mid-Level Associate
Description
Duane Morris LLP seeks a mid-level litigation associate to join its Trial Practice Group in its North Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in general commercial litigation. Candidates should have a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability who exudes and inspires confidence. Superior research and stellar writing skills required along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred and experience managing discovery and taking depositions is required. NJ Bar admission required.
The target annual pay range for this role is $250,000-$290,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris' total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
